Who is Feral Pharaoh?

A builder who spent a decade in the trenches of organizational conflict — not as a consultant parachuting in, but as someone embedded in the mess. The kind of mess where good people disagree violently about the right thing to do, and the structures they built to resolve those disagreements kept failing.

Out of that crucible came the Metacanon Constitution — not a theoretical document written from the top of a hierarchy, but a governance architecture hammered out by people who needed it to survive. It was written from the bottom up, by the people who had to live under it.

Now that architecture has been encoded into AI, deployed as real products, and is being transformed into a game world where anyone can experience what structured deliberation actually feels like — not as theory, but as play.
